How to Process a Transaction with your Bound Credit Card Reader

Here is a step-by-step tutorial for processing a transaction with your Bound credit card reader.

Step 1: On the Events page, locate the event. Click the Ticket icon for that event and select 'Box Office'.


Step 2: Click on the "Launch Checkout" button.


Step 3: Make sure the reader you want to used is displayed in the area shown below. If it isn’t showing click the drop down toselect the reader that you want to use (This only needs to be done once). This is where your ticket taker will process these transactions on game day. Next, click the +1 to add a ticket (or for as many tickets are being purchased). Once the green card reader button turns a darker green, it means the transaction is being communicated to the reader! On the reader you should see the total for the transaction, and the customer can tap, insert or swipe their card. Once the transaction happens you will see a message on the computer screen indicating that the transaction was successful and you can continue to the next customer.
