Step 1: Log into your Bound account and click your State Association icon on the far left column.
Step 2: You'll find the Rules Meeting under the Forms header for your activity, along with any other forms to be completed.
Note: Rules meetings are created and managed by the State Association themselves. If the rules meeting you're looking for isn't showing, that means the rules meeting hasn't been made live yet or it's been taken down by the State Association.
