How to Find Tickets or Passes You've Purchased

NOTE: The easiest way to purchase tickets and have them on your phone is to purchase them using the Bound Mobile App on your Android or iPhone.

How did you purchase your tickets / passes?

Purchased using Bound Mobile App

If you purchased your tickets from the app while signed in, just tap your profile on the bottom right corner of your screen (person icon).

Then in your profile area select the tickets option. Your tickets should show up there and be ready to use.


Purchased using Bound Website

If you have the Bound Mobile App:

Make sure that you sign into the app with the same email you purchased the tickets with, the tickets would be under your profile in the mobile app.

If you do not have the Bound Mobile App:

The easiest way to get to your tickets is to download the app and login the same way you purchased your tickets. The tickets will be in your profile section.

If you do not have the app, the tickets will appear in the email account that you purchased them from at the checkout.

** NOTE ** - Make sure that if you use Apple or Google Sign in online to purchase tickets, you also login with Apple or Google on your Bound Mobile App ***
