This document is intended to help you attach tickets to events. This assumes the event and the ticket setup is already created.
Navigate to the event that you need to attach tickets to. If there is a ticket attached the ticket icon will show green. If there is not a ticket it will be gray.
2. To add a ticket to an event click on the ticket icon and select “ticket setup”
3. On the “Ticket Pass” area select the ticket you wish to attach. If you want your ticket to appear right away simply hit save.
4. If you DO NOT want your ticket to appear for sale on the public ticketing page right away, toggle the "Manually Set Ticket Sale Bounds" and select the date and time you wish them to appear under “Ticketing Availability Start Date Time”, then hit save.
5. A tip on how to do events quickly. On the Events page, you can add a filter for a specific activity and/or level to allow you to quickly add tickets to those events. The example below shows a filter set for varsity volleyball.
