Adding Bound tickets or passes to your Apple or Google wallet is quick and easy on Bound. Follow these steps to place your tickets in your digital wallet for easy access prior to your events.
After purchasing your tickets on Bound, follow these steps:
If you are finding your tickets from your email or the Bound purchase confirmation page, proceed to Step 1.
If you are finding your tickets in the Bound Mobile App, proceed to Step 3.
Click on "View Tickets" on the purchase confirmation page OR click on "Open Your Tickets" in your confirmation email.
Log Into Bound using the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS. (If you use a different email address to log in, you will be unable to see your tickets.)
Proceed to Step 4.
In the Bound Mobile App, tap "Profile," then tap "Tickets" and then tap on the "Ticket" button.
If you are using an iPhone, tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button or if using an Android device, tap the "Add to Google Wallet" button.
On iPhone or Android, tap the "Add" button to add your ticket or pass to your wallet.
Your ticket or pass should now be added to your Apple or Google Wallet.
