Step 3: Open the feedback form
Click on the icon to open the chat window.
Step 4: Fill out the feedback form
Enter your name, phone number, and email if necessary, and start a chat with support operator describing your problem or question.
Alternative method: Telegram
Open the Telegram app on your device.
In the search bar, enter: @RubpaySupport_bot and select the official Rubpay support account, or go to the link
Click the "Start" button.
Send a single message with the internal ID of the problematic request and the receipt from it. No extra information is needed.
Wait for a response from the support operator. Usually, the reply comes within a few hours.

Website registration: Usually, registration is not required to contact Rubpay support. You can send a request through the online chat.
Response time: Please wait the specified time to receive a response. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, try contacting support again or check the "Spam" folder in your email inbox.
