If you have any questions or issues when using FreeKassa, follow this guide to contact support and get assistance.

Step 1: Go to the FreeKassa website

Open your internet browser.

Enter the support address of FreeKassa in the address bar (You can clarify it in the support chat on our website)

Important! You need to contact support on the website, support on Telegram does not handle these top-ups.

Step 2: Select the topic "Paid in full".

Fill in all required fields*

Be sure to provide your email, the response will be sent there.

Step 3: Send the receipt generated on the FK Wallet website regarding your inquiry.

In the description, you can specify the OrderID which can be obtained from our support on the website.

Note

  • Registration on the website: Usually, registration is not required to contact FreeKassa support. You can receive a response at the specified email.

  • Response time: Please wait the indicated time to receive a response. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, try contacting support again or check the "Spam" folder in your email inbox.
