How to withdraw funds?
1. To withdraw funds, simply go to the Wallet section located in the top right corner of the site.
2. Then choose the appropriate withdrawal method, enter the amount, and click the Create Request button.
3. Please note the different limits and fees for each payment direction, which can be found at the bottom of the wallet window.
What is the withdrawal time?
Withdrawal processing usually takes place within the first few minutes and on average takes 5 to 30 minutes. We process withdrawals around the clock, including on weekends.
The withdrawal speed may depend on the payment system's workload, but the maximum waiting time is 24 hours according to our regulations.
Withdrawal status "In Progress". What does it mean?
The status "In Progress" means that we have approved your withdrawal request and the transaction is being processed. The money has already been sent for processing and should arrive in your account soon.
The wait can be up to 3 days, although transactions usually go through much faster.
What should be considered before withdrawing funds?
Before you try to withdraw funds, please note that each transaction is checked for compliance with all site rules specified in our user agreement. If all the rules are met, your withdrawal will be approved and given the status "In Progress", meaning it has successfully passed the check.
In some cases, the funds in your account may be temporarily frozen or canceled due to rule violations. Such measures are usually applied for improper use of the site's bonus funds (accumulation, exceeding the maximum allowable bonus withdrawal amount, incorrect game choice on bonuses).
If you plan to use only topping up or deposits, then there should be no issues with withdrawals.
Withdrawal status "Error". What to do?
If your withdrawal request was declined, be sure to contact our technical support to find out the reason for the cancellation. They will help you resolve the issue and provide the necessary recommendations.
If the withdrawal to your mobile bank does not arrive within 5 working days, please contact our support service, and we will be happy to assist you.
