What information do I need to book a hotel?
You need to provide your destination, check-in date, check-out date, number of rooms, and number of guests.
How do I choose a hotel?
After searching, BovaRefill displays available hotels with details such as the hotel name, location, rating, room information, and price. Select the hotel that suits your needs.
Can I book a hotel for one night?
Yes. Select your preferred check-in and check-out dates. The available room options will show the applicable stay duration and price.
How do I provide guest information?
During checkout, enter the first name, last name, and email address of the booking holder and provide the required lead guest details.
How do I pay for my hotel booking?
At the payment stage, select an available wallet currency, such as NGN, GHS, USD, USDC, or USDT, and proceed with payment.
Can I pay for a hotel using a different wallet currency?
Yes. You can select an available wallet currency at checkout. For cross-currency payments, the applicable FX rate is locked at confirmation.
What is a service charge?
A service charge is an additional amount that may be included in the hotel booking payment. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before you pay.
