Absolutely, but only on certain plans. Contact us here to upgrade if you don't currently have this feature.
By default, the person who creates the BowerKit will also be the Media Contact.
If you would like journalists to contact someone else through the BowerKit (another staff member for example) you can do this by:
1. Adding them to BowerBird if they aren't already on the platform
2. Go to your BowerKit and click 'Edit'. Scroll down to the 'Contact Person' section and click the name:
3. Search for the contact and click 'Add'
4. If the contact is not already in the system, you can search and add them straight from the BowerKit:
By default, the contact person is the owner/creator of the BowerKit.
Please note that the contact person must have an active subscription attached to their account, or they won't be able to manage the messages etc. Here's some advice on working in teams.
