Start with selecting the company that the asset is associated with then select the 'share' icon on the top right:
2. Select the Assets you wish to share externally, enter the recipient's email address, any comments you'd like to include, then click 'Send Share Link.'
3. The recipient will receive a link. Once clicked, the zip folder containing all documents shared will automatically be downloaded and it can be found in the 'downloads' section on the browser page.
