From the home screen, click on the menu bar to the top right and select 'Settings'
2. Scroll down to 'Worker Qualification,' expand by clicking the arrow to the right, and select 'List.'
3. Click on the "+' to add a 'Worker Qualification':
4. Choose the appropriate tags or training requirements that apply to the specific trade. You can select multiple options and use the search box to quickly find and add relevant tags.
Set as Supervisor:
Check this box when assigning a Supervisor qualification to ensure the worker profile is correctly flagged and the appropriate supervisor training requirements are applied.
Set as First Aider:
Check this box for any worker who is designated as a First Aider or holds First Aid certification, so their profile reflects the necessary qualifications and training.
Select 'Create Worker Qualification' to save
5. Ensure the training type entered on the worker’s profile matches one of the tags associated with the corresponding training requirement.

6. If a worker is missing required training or has expired training; a warning icon will appear in the top-right corner of their profile.
Workers with Supervisor Training will be marked with a hard hat icon.
First Aiders will display a green circle with a white plus symbol.
All assigned qualifications can be found under the ‘Qualifications’ section of the profile.
