  1. From the home page, select the relevant project:

2. Select 'Documents'

3. In most situations, the Principal Contractor would already have their Orientation/Induction uploaded in Document Manager.

Select the relevant Orientation/Induction

Note: If you need to upload your own Orientation, please reference this help article that demonstrates how to upload a document in Document Manager.

4. Select 'Issue' and the company/companies that should have document visibility.

5. Select the workers you need to issue the Orientation/Induction to. You can also use the search option to locate the relevant workers.

Once you're done selecting the relevant workers, make sure to click on 'Add Worker' to assure they are added to the send list, then click on 'Send'

6. Once the document is sent, you can track the statuses, add any additional workers or companies to send the document to:

7. The worker(s) will receive a text with a link to view and sign the document:

8. They will have the option to view the document, select the empty 'Document Signed by' box to display the signature options, confirm, and Approve for a successful signature capture.

9. Refresh the browser or go back into the document in document manager. You can select 'VIEW PDF' or 'Download' to view the signatures on the document:

10. Once the worker signs, a copy is also uploaded to their profile:
