Boxing: Hybrid classes such as Boxx Strength (boxing and weights) and Boxx Conditioning (boxing and cardio) plus technique and beginner classes to get you started.
Strength: These classes focus on full body, upper body, lower body and core. All classes except the core classes require weights (dumbbells).
Conditioning: These are classes to get your heart rate up. Come with energy, we’re bringing the vibes.
Recovery: For many, these workouts are an afterthought but they are essential. These aren’t yoga classes but they are all about stretching.
