Classes on the Boxx+ App start with 5 minutes and include 10, 15, 20 and 30 minute classes.
We encourage stacking workouts ie. doing a 20 minute class followed by a 5 minute class. Research shows, motivation can often come after you have started, so if you are lacking in motivation start small and before long you will start stacking! But equally if you enjoy training for 1 hour you can add variety and mix up your sessions by stacking our longer classes.
