We operate a strict cancellation policy for our studio classes. If you cancel late, members will be charged £10 and class pack holders will lose a class credit.
Main studio classes - please cancel at least 8 hours before class
Reformer studio classes - please cancel at least 12 hours before class
This means that if you cancel within the cancellation window the credit will go back on your account and you can use it for another class in the future. If you cancel less than the time specified above, you will be billed a £10 late fee. If you are unable to attend a class in the studio, please cancel no matter how late so we can make the spot available to someone else on the waitlist.
