Planning Reports

View and generate Planning Reports in BRAINR to analyze production planning and export results.• Monitor line allocations and ongoing plans with built-in report modules. • Compare planned vs. completed targets using filters (date, line, product, partner). • Export the filtered results as a PDF.

Important Notes

  • Reports open filtered to Today, so you only see the current day’s data by default.

  • Adjust the date, line, product, or partner filters to match the period or scope you want to analyze before exporting.


Available Reports

1. Production Line Allocation Report

Provides an overview of allocated production lines, including:

  • Start and end times of planned operations.

  • Estimated productivity (units/hour and weight/hour).

  • Planned quantities and weights.

Use this report to evaluate planning efficiency and adjust future forecasts.

2. Production Plans Report

Shows details of ongoing production plans, including:

  • Assigned production lines and products.

  • Expected vs. produced quantities.

  • Associated partners and relevant notes.

This report helps track progress and validate execution against initial plans.


How to Access and Generate Reports

  1. From the Homepage, go to the Planning Reports section.

  2. Select the module corresponding to the report you want to view:

    • Production Line Allocation Report

    • Production Plans Report

  1. Review the table and, if needed, refine the results using the available filters (dates, lines, products, partners).

How to generate a PDF

In both modules, you can export the visible data as a PDF.

  • In the Production Line Allocation Report, click the Reports button in the top-right corner to generate:

    • Production Line Allocation (summary of line allocations and productivity).

  • In the Production Plans Report, click the Reports button in the top-right corner to generate:

    • Production Plans by Production Line (details of plans, quantities, and partners per line).
