Once ready, share these materials with our team to begin the onboarding process.
Step 2: Content collection and review
Our team will gather:
Technical specifications
Product documentation
Imagery
This is typically completed within ~1 week of submission.
Step 3: Product page creation
Your product pages are built and enriched with:
Searchable attributes
Images
Technical documentation
This stage typically takes 7–14 days from initial submission.
Step 4: Samples ready
By around Day 15, your products are ready for sampling.
Products will go live once inventory is received.
If you have a specific launch date, you can request to hold your launch until a later time.
Sample recommendations
For new products, we recommend sending 30–40 samples per SKU to support early demand and marketing activity while initial order volume is established.
