Day 1: Please complete the New SKU template (linked below) and send to brandservices@materialbank.com, along with a website link where technical information and imagery can be collected from.
Day 7: Our team collects technical specifications, documentation, and imagery from the provided website link.
Days 7–14: Product pages are built and populated searchable attributes, images, and technical documentation.
Day 15: Products are ready for samples.
Please note, that your new products will launch as soon as inventory is received. If you have a specific launch date you'd like to hold until please communicate that to us directly prior to sending samples.
There is no limit to the number of products you can add to the platform.
