Submitting new or updated assets
You can upload images or documents directly to your personalized Box account for review and processing.
To ensure everything is matched correctly to your products:
Name all files using the corresponding SKU codes or product names
Examples:
MFR_SKU_install_1.jpgMFR_SKU_swatch.jpgMFR_SKU_PDF_maintenance_guide.pdfMFR_SKU_PDF_spec_sheet.pdfOptionally, include a photolog to indicate which images correspond to each product
If you don’t yet have access to your Box folder, your account team can help get this set up.
You can also share assets through alternative platforms such as WeTransfer or Google Drive.
Providing website links instead
If preferred, you can share links to your product pages.
Our team can review your site, compare it with existing content, and update imagery or documents as needed to keep everything consistent.
