What are lead assignment rules?
Assignment rules in Brand Central let you automatically route leads to the right team members—whether it’s inside sales, field reps, showrooms, dealers, or distributors. You can create rules based on filters like location, project type, project phase, or firm name, and assign them to specific individuals or groups.
Once a rule is set up, it runs daily, ensuring leads are distributed automatically from that point forward. You can create as many rules as needed, and every brand has unlimited complimentary seats to support this setup.
To set one up:
Go to Projects > Lead Assignment Rules > Add New, choose your filters, assign a rep, and hit Submit. Done!How do I assign leads to reps?
