Adding a New Rep
To add a new rep to the directory:
Download and complete the required Rep form (attached below).
Upload the completed form directly into this chat.
Ensure the new rep has registered for a Material Bank account.
Note: A registered account is required for reps to be listed in the directory.
Updating Existing Rep Information
To make changes to a current rep’s details:
Share the rep’s email address along with the specific updates needed (e.g., name, email, state, region, or territory).
Example:
“Please update jsmith@email.com’s territory to Northeast.”
Removing a Rep
To remove a rep from the directory:
Send us the email address(es) of the rep(s) you’d like to remove.
Our team will complete the removal by end of day.
