Retiring Catalog Interface

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, we’ve made the decision to remove catalog interface from Brand Central. Going forward, we kindly ask that all catalog updates be submitted directly to our support team at brandservices@materialbank.com.

To ensure a smooth transition, our team will personally handle each request—saving you time and providing dedicated support. You’ll also receive confirmation once your updates are completed and live.

Here’s how to submit the most common catalog requests:

  • To add new products: Please complete the attached template and email it back to Brand Services.

  • To remove products: Simply send a list of the SKUs you'd like to retire.

  • To update existing product data: Reach out to us directly to request an export for editing.

Please note that this is a temporary solution. We’re actively developing a new, more efficient system that will allow you to manage and export your data independently again. We’ll keep you informed as we move closer to launching this improved experience.
