How to Order Samples on Brand Central

Ordering samples through Brand Central allows you to quickly request materials for firms you may be working with, and client presentations.

Follow the steps below to place a sample order.


Before you begin

  • You must have access to Brand Central

  • Samples that are out of stock cannot be ordered


Step 1: Access Brand Central

  1. Log in using your Brand Central credentials


Step 2: Go to the Order page

  1. Click on the cart icon in the left-hand navigation

You will not be able to add samples that are currently out of stock.


Step 3: Add samples to your cart

  1. Browse available products

  2. Click the cart icon on any product you want to order

  3. Once finished, click Continue to Order


Step 4: Create or select a project

  1. Click the Order Project dropdown

  2. Select + Create New Project if needed

  3. Enter the required project details:

    • Project name

    • Location

    • Project type

  4. Click Create Project to save


Step 5: Assign the project to your order

  1. Click the project selection icon

  2. Choose the project you are ordering for


Step 6: Update the shipping address (if needed)

  1. Click Change next to the shipping address

  2. Click the add address (+) icon to create a new address

  3. Enter all required shipping details

  4. Click Save to add the address

  5. Close the address selector once complete


Step 7: Place your order

  1. Review your order details

  2. Click Send Order to submit the request


Helpful Tips

  • Always confirm the correct shipping address before submitting

  • If your order cannot be submitted, verify that all required project fields are completed, and the address is correct
