How to Check Your Inventory on Material Bank

We know how important it is to stay on top of your inventory levels. To make this easy, you have two ways to check your inventory at any time depending on the level of detail and timeliness you need.

Option 1: WMS Client Portal (Real-Time Inventory)

The WMS Client Portal provides the most up-to-date view of your inventory.

Best for:

  • Real-time inventory levels

  • Checking current stock availability

  • Monitoring inventory throughout the day

What to expect:

  • Displays live inventory data directly from our warehouse system

  • Reflects inventory changes as they happen (orders, replenishment, etc.)

When to use this:
If you need to quickly confirm whether a SKU is in stock right now, this is your best option.


Option 2: Brand Central (Daily Snapshot)

Brand Central is your primary backend portal for managing your catalog and inventory uploads.

Best for:

  • Reviewing inventory as of the previous day

  • Uploading packing lists

  • General catalog and inventory management

What to expect:

  • Inventory data is updated daily (reflects the prior day’s activity)

  • Easy to view alongside your product catalog and submissions

When to use this:
If you’re reviewing trends, preparing shipments, or managing uploads, Brand Central provides a reliable daily snapshot.


Which Should You Use?

  • Need real-time stock levels? → Use WMS Client Portal

  • Looking for a daily overview or managing uploads? → Use Brand Central
