Account Authentication
1. Navigate to bc.materialbank.com for North America or bc.materialbank.eu for Europe. Click "Sign In".
2. Enter your login credentials.
Lead Report Configuration
3. Click "Leads" in the sidebar menu.
4. Click "Lead Report Setup"
5. Select your format. CSV, XML or both. If you'd like to customize which columns to include select customized content.
6. Select "Summarized by project name" to group leads by project instead of by SKU.
7. Click "Configure your CSV or XML columns".
8. Click the reorder icon to adjust column positions.
9. Select or deselect columns to include in the report.
10. You can customize the column headers like renaming the "Project Budget" column to "Budget", for example.
11. Click "Confirm" to save any column changes.
12. Click "Save" to apply content customization.
Delivery and Contact Details
13. Select from three options.
14. Enter the recipient email addresses for report delivery, if email is selected.
15. For files to be dropped in and accessible via a secured FTP folder, choose the file type and enter your IP address.
16. Click "Continue" to proceed to schedule settings.
17. Default is Daily delivery. Select “Weekly” or “Monthly” to change the schedule option. Only one delivery schedule can be selected.
18. Click "Continue" to proceed to technical contact details.
19. If Secure FTP is selected for “Delivery Options” above, complete the full Technical Contact information, including the “Preferred” method of communication
20. Add any relevant notes for the technical contact.
21. Click "Save" to finalize the lead report setup.
