Troubleshooting Account Activation Issues

If you're having trouble accessing your account after signing up, this guide covers common issues and how to resolve them.

Didn't receive the verification code?

When you log in, a 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

  • Still no email? Wait 1–2 minutes, then click "Resend code" on the login page to request a new one.

  • Check your email address: Make sure you're entering the same email you used to place your order or create your account.


Verification Code Not Working?

If the code you entered isn't being accepted:

  • Make sure you're entering the most recent code - if you've requested multiple codes, only the latest one will work.

  • Codes expire after 30 minutes. If yours has expired, click "Resend code" to get a fresh one.

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again.


Have a live order but no account?

If you've placed an order but haven't created an account yet, simply log in or create an account using the same email address you used to place and pay for your order. Your order will be linked to your account automatically.
