Logging In and Account Access

A guide to logging in to your Brand Your account using a one-time passcode (OTP)

Step 1: Access the Login Page

Go to the top right corner of our homepage and click the person icon to open the login window.


Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

Enter the email address associated with your Brand Your account and click "Login".

Important: If you have a live order but haven't created an account yet, use the same email address you used to place and pay for your order. Your order will be linked automatically.


Step 3: Check Your Email for a Verification Code

We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email address. Open the email from Brand Your and note the code.

Tip: The code is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.


Step 4: Enter the Code

Go back to the login page and enter the 6-digit code in the fields provided, then click "Login". You'll be redirected to your account page.


Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • Didn't receive the code?
    Check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there, click "Resend code" on the login page to request a new one. Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your account.

  • Code expired?
    Codes are valid for 30 minutes. If yours has expired, simply click "Resend code" to get a fresh one.

  • What happened to my password?
    We've upgraded to a more secure login system using one-time passcodes. Passwords are no longer needed - just your email address.
