How to Sign Up as a Brand on BMC Creator Marketplace

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for brands to register on the BMC Creator Marketplace platform, enabling them to connect with creators, run campaigns, and access influencer and user-generated content (UGC) opportunities.

Steps to Register:

Step 1: Visit the BMC Creator Marketplace Website

  1. Open your web browser.

Step 2: Select "Sign Up as a Company"

  • Click the “Sign Up as a Company” button on the homepage.

  • Note: Personal email domains like Gmail or Yahoo will not be accepted.

Step 3: Provide Company Information

  1. Fill in the following fields:

    • Company Email: Enter your official company email address (Gmail or other personal emails will be rejected).

    • Password: Create a secure password for your account.

    • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password to confirm.

  2. After entering the details, you must agree to the platform's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  3. Once you’ve reviewed and agreed to the terms, click on the “Sign Up” button.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

  • Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Brands Meet Creators.

  • Click the link in the email to verify your email address.

Step 5: Log in to Your Company Account

  1. Once your email address is verified, you will be redirected to the login page.

  2. Enter your company email address and the password you created during registration to sign in.

Step 6: Select Your Company Type

Indicate whether your organization is a:

  • Brand (managing a single brand)

  • Agency (managing campaigns for multiple clients)

Click “Next” to proceed.

  1. Once you've selected your company type, you will be prompted to provide details about your brand. The required fields are:

    • Brand Name: Enter the name of your brand.

    • Website Link: Provide the URL to your brand’s website.

    • Description: Write a brief description of your brand. This helps creators understand your business, your products, and what you stand for.

    • Brand Image: Upload a brand image (such as a logo or key visual representation of your brand).

  2. To upload your brand image:

    • Click on the “Change” button next to Brand Image.

    • Select the image file from your computer or device.

    • Make sure the image is clear and aligns with your brand's visual identity.

  3. After entering the required information, click on the “Create Brand” button to save and finalize your brand profile.

Step 7: Add Brand Social Media Links

  1. Under the Brand Socials section, you will see fields to input links for your social media profiles. These fields are optional, but adding them can increase your brand’s visibility and help creators connect with you more easily.

  2. You will be asked to provide links for the following platforms:

    • Instagram (optional): Enter the URL of your brand’s Instagram profile (e.g., instagram.com/brand).

    • TikTok (optional): Enter the URL of your brand’s TikTok profile (e.g., tiktok.com/brand).

    • YouTube (optional): Enter the URL of your brand’s YouTube channel (e.g., youtube.com/brand).

  3. If you don’t have a social media profile for a specific platform, you can leave the field blank.

Step 8: Review and Finalize Social Media Links

  1. After entering your social media URLs, verify that the links are correct.

  2. If you’ve made any changes or updates, click the “Next” button to proceed.

Step 9: Define Job Details

  1. After uploading Brand Socials, you will need to fill in several fields to define the job:

    • Platforms: Select the platform(s) where you want the content to be posted (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

    • Partnership Type: Choose the type of collaboration you are looking for (e.g., UGC, Influencer Post, TikTok Shop).

    • Gender: Select the preferred gender of the creator (Male, Female, Other).

    • Age: Define the age range of the creators you are looking for (18-24, 25-34, 35-54, 55+).

    • Categories: Choose the relevant category for the job (e.g., Beauty, Fashion, Fitness).

    • Budget: Select your desired budget level (Gifted, Low, Medium, High).

    • Location: Choose the geographic location of the creators (e.g., Worldwide, United States, Canada).

    • Language: Choose the language you prefer the content to be in (e.g., English).

Step 10: Describe Desired Creators

  1. In the Describe Desired Creators section, provide a description of the type of creators you are seeking for the job.

    • Example: "Seeking Canada-based content creators in the food or health & wellness space. Ideally, 10k+ Instagram followers."

Step 11: Describe Deliverables

  • Outline what the creators need to deliver.

    • Example: “Deliverables include 30-60 pieces of content monthly, along with account management (e.g., posting and managing comments).”

Step 12: Submit the Job for Approval

  • Review all fields to ensure accuracy.

  • Click “Finish” to submit the job for review.

Step 13: Wait for Approval

  • The Brands Meet Creators team will review your submission.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your job is approved and live.

Step 14: Monitor Applications

  • After approval, creators will begin applying within a few hours.

  • Log in to your account and go to the Jobs Dashboard to:

    • View your job posting details.

    • Monitor and review incoming applications based on creator profiles, social media links, and past work.


Step 15: Connect with Interested Creators

  1. After receiving the approval email, you can expect to begin seeing applications from creators within the next couple of hours.

  2. Log into your Brands Meet Creators account and navigate to the Jobs Dashboard to see the details of your job posting and monitor incoming applications.

  3. Review the applications based on your requirements (e.g., creator profile, social media links, past work).

Step 16: Check Applications Regularly

  • Your job posting will remain open for 30 days.

  • Regularly check your dashboard for new applications.

  • Consider setting reminders to stay updated.

Step 17: Customize Collaborations

  • Work with selected creators to tailor the collaboration to your campaign needs.

    • Discuss deliverables, deadlines, and other key details via email.
