BRB will operate similar to an Insurance company in this regard. Ultimately our goal is to make every single person reading this happy, but we can only offer you the same protections as you would have if you booked travel yourself or through a Travel Agent. Package Travel Regulations (under the ATOL scheme) cover you in the specific instances where FCO advice changes or a part of your package is not able to be fulfilled because of a supplier becoming insolvent or a cancellation of part of your package.

Sadly, even though we fully appreciate that you may not want to travel at the moment, an unwillingness to travel is not the same as an inability to travel and hotels and airlines will not provide refunds for this. However, if your trip is not already booked we will be happy to move the dates of your trip to a time in the future.

Where BRB is able to obtain refunds from suppliers related to your trip, we will pass those refunds back to you - but outside of the Package Travel Regulations this is at the hotel and airline's discretion.
