What Are the Access Levels on Your Email Account?
⚠️ Note: By default, access is set to No Access.
You can control how much access your team has to your email by choosing one of the following levels:
No Access – Only you can view and manage your emails.
Read Only – Team members can view your emails but cannot take any action.
Read and Send – Team members can view your emails and reply on your behalf.
Full Access – Team members can fully manage your email account and all messages.
