Why Did I Receive a Payment Reminder After Losing Interest in the Service?

You received a payment reminder because either there is an outstanding due bill or your subscription was not canceled. Please note that, like any subscription-based platform, we do not void bills. To stop any charges and future payment notifications, please ensure you cancel the subscription in the app before the renewal date or settle any outstanding bills.

Outstanding bills must be settled before cancellation can be processed.
