What is Connection Strength and how does it work?

Connection Strength is automatically calculated based on your Email and LinkedIn interactions with a lead. The score is categorized as follows:

Without going too deep into the algorithm, it's designed to reflect real engagement—you won’t be able to “cheat” the score by simply liking all of a lead's LinkedIn posts. Every action is weighted differently depending on the stage of the interaction to keep the scoring realistic.

If no interactions occur, the score will gradually decrease over time.
