If you receive the “Trading is disabled, please contact your account manager” error message when trying to place a trade on your upgraded Breakout Account, it means that the account is currently under manual review prior to approval.

This process takes up to 12-24 hours, but usually takes less time than that.

No action is required on your behalf.

If you continue to receive this message 24 hours after signing the Trader Agreement, please contact support@breakoutprop.com or use the live chat on the website.
