A breach is any of the following:
Reaching or exceeding your maximum daily loss or maximum drawdown limit
Engaging in prohibited trading (defined in your Breakout Evaluation Agreement)
Violating any other term of your Breakout Evaluation Agreement
Taking or failing to take an action that would reasonably be expected to breach Breakout's Terms and Conditions (breakoutprop.com/terms-of-use)
A breach immediately terminates your Breakout Evaluation, closes all open positions, and disables your demo account. There is no refund of your evaluation fee, and no reset. You'll need to purchase a new evaluation to try again.
