What constitutes a breach in the Breakout Evaluation?

Updated over a week ago

(i) Reaching or exceeding your maximum daily loss or drawdown limits, (ii) engaging in “Prohibited Trading” (described in your Breakout Evaluation Agreement), (iii) violating or failing to satisfy any other term or condition in your Breakout Evaluation Agreement or (iv) taking any action or failing to take any action that would reasonably be expected to result in a breach of Breakout’s Terms and Conditions here: https://www.breakoutprop.com/terms-and-conditions/.

A breach immediately results in your Breakout Evaluation being terminated, all of your trading positions being automatically closed, and your demo account being disabled. You will not be entitled to any refund of the fee you paid to purchase the Breakout Evaluation.
