Breakout Trading Group, LLC - governs your Breakout Evaluation only.
Payward Oceanic, Ltd (POL) - governs your funded account, if you pass and choose to become a funded trader.
Each company operates under its own terms, and your rights and obligations under each agreement are distinct.
