Upon breaching a risk rule in either your Breakout Evaluation or Breakout Account, you will no longer be able to open any new positions or manage existing positions.

Traders who breach the rules during a Breakout Evaluation must purchase another Breakout Evaluation if they would like to try again.

Traders who breach the rules of their Breakout Account must also purchase another Breakout Evaluation and pass in order to gain access to a Breakout Account once again.
