A breach event occurs in either the Breakout Evaluation or Breakout Account when any of the following conditions are met:

Breach of any risk rules (maximum daily loss and/or maximum drawdown, whichever comes first).

Use of prohibited trading practices.

Any violation of our Terms and Conditions .
