If you need to transfer video content from another platform to Breakthrough, here's some information and options.
OPTION 1 - Upload directly to the portal
1A: Use our Bulk UploaderHere, you can use our bulk uploader - https://upload.breakthroughapps.io/ to upload many videos at once vs uploading one by one.
First, select the upload button and either select, or drag & drop files to upload.
Once uploaded, you can select the copy button to copy the video link.
When adding a video class to the portal (where you'll enter the description, choose a photo ect), select "Pick a Video", select the Video Link option, and then paste the video link you'd copied from the Bulk Uploader.
1B: Use the portal to upload videos one by one
In the portal, you can upload your videos under Library > Video Classes > Add New Class
Here, you'll fill out the information for the video, and upload by selecting "Pick A Video"
2. OPTION 2 - If you have a Vimeo account, you can request that Vimeo transfers your content from your account to ours.
Here's some more information from Vimeo on this type of transfer.
You'll need to submit a support ticket to Vimeo with the template found below (and in the linked article).

3. OPTION 3 - We handle the transfer for you (at an additional cost).

Required Information for Each Video
To ensure that each video is effectively presented and easily accessible to users, please provide the following information for each video, in a spreadsheet.
Title: A clear and concise title for the video.
Description: A brief description outlining the content and focus of the video.
Post-Class Quote: A motivational or reflective quote that captures the essence of the class.
Images/Thumbnails: High-quality images or thumbnails to visually represent the video. Link or name of this image in the spreadsheet.
