How to View Past Campaigns in CleverTap
You can easily view all the campaigns you’ve previously sent to users in CleverTap. Follow the steps below to find, review, or resend past campaigns.
Step 1: Open Campaigns
From your CleverTap dashboard, click Campaigns on the left-hand menu.
This section lists all your past campaigns.
The same process also applies if you want to view Journeys.
Step 2: Select a Date Range
Use the date filter at the top to choose the time period you want to review.
You can browse through all push or in-app messages sent during that timeframe.
Step 3: Resend a Message (Clone a Campaign)
If you want to resend or reuse a previous campaign:
Click the three dots next to the campaign name.
Select Clone.
Update the content, audience, or schedule as needed.
Publish the campaign once you’re ready to send it.
