You can quickly check how many of your users can be reached through different channels in CleverTap, such as Push Notifications, Email, or In-App Messages. This provides an overall view of your app’s reachability without requiring the setup of filters or segments.
Step 1: Go to Segments
From your CleverTap dashboard, click Segments on the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Open Find People
In the top-left corner of the Segments bar, click Find People.
This section lets you view and analyze all users currently tracked in your app.
Step 3: View Reachability Details
On the Find People page, click View Details below the filters.
A summary window will appear showing your app’s Channel Reachability for all users.
This includes data such as:
Mobile/Web Push Reachability – how many users can receive push notifications
Email Reachability – if applicable
SMS/WhatsApp Reachability – if applicable
Step 4: Review Your Results
Review the reachability numbers shown for each channel.
These metrics help you understand how many users you can currently reach through each communication type.
