Make sure your app is upgraded to 6.4 to access this feature.
What’s new:
Add a description under any subcategory to help guide users.
Choose how the content scrolls: Horizontal (carousel style) or Vertical (list style).
Note: If you use courses or collections in a subcategory, they will always display in a vertical grid layout.
Why it matters:
This lets you better organize and explain sections of your app. Whether you’re grouping beginner programs, specific challenges, or themed content, you now have the control to improve clarity and create a more curated experience for your audience.
How to set it up:
Go to your Partner Portal.
Click Categories from the left menu.
Edit any category and click the ✏️ icon next to a subcategory.
Add a Description and select a Scroll Direction.
Click Update — and you’re done!
