Navigating the Partner Portal

We’ve redesigned the Breakthrough Partner Portal to make it easier to find what you need and manage your app more efficiently. The left-hand sidebar is your main navigation hub for everything in the platform.

When you hover over or click each section in the sidebar, you’ll see all available tools and subpages within that category.

Use this guide to understand what each section includes and where to find your most-used features.

How the Sidebar Works

The left sidebar groups all tools into eight main sections. Hover over or click any section to expand its menu and view available options.

You can collapse or expand sections at any time to simplify your workspace.

Section

What It’s For

Overview

View key metrics about your app, track and reply to App Store reviews, and access important links to share or promote your app.

Content

Manage all of the content within your app including Categories, Classes, Routines, Courses, Programs, Collections, Guides, Recipes, and Meal Plans.Update (October 2025): Categories have moved under Content > Library to make all content accessible from one place.

Setup & Customization

Configure your app’s design, layout, and branding. Manage widgets, paywall pricing, and your web app layout to control how everything looks and feels.

Features

Customize the features that appear in your app such as Daily Content, Habit Tracker, Achievements, AI, Search, and Integrations.

Community

Connect with your users. Manage your user list, view what specific users are doing, send push notifications, and view or reply to community posts.

Sales & Promotions

Plan and manage campaigns to grow your revenue. Set web paywall pricing, run upsells or limited-time offers, and create App Store events.

Support

Get help or share feedback. Chat with our team directly, browse the Help Center for tutorials, or submit a new feature request.

Account

Manage your Breakthrough subscription, billing information, and account settings.

Detailed Overview of Each Section

Overview

The Overview section gives you a snapshot of your app’s performance and quick access to important links.

Dashboard: View new sign ups, revenue trends, active subscribers, delets, and user engagement.

App Store Ratings: Track and reply to your app reviews and ratings directly.

Links: Find all key links for promoting your app, including App Store and Google Play listings, web app URL, and shareable links for marketing.

Content

The Content section is where you manage everything inside your app. This is where you upload, organize, and edit all the material your users see.

Library: Manage all your categories, classes, routines, courses, programs, collections, guides, recipes, and meal plans.

Live: Schedule, host, and manage live classes or events.

Guide: Create and edit guides like a Pose Guide or Exercise Guide.

Nutrition: Upload recipes, meal plans, and nutrition-based content.

Bulk Uploader: Upload multiple videos or classes at once.

NOTE:

Categories have been moved under Content > Library to bring all content types into one place and simplify how you manage your app library.

Setup & Customization

This section allows you to configure the look, layout, and feel of your app.

App Settings: Update your app name, logo, colors and many other settings

Widget Manager: Customize your home screen layout, featured sections, and widget display order.

App Paywall: Edit how the paywall shows up and what it looks like.

Web Page Builder: Customize your web landing page and update text, imagery, and call-to-actions.

Rebrand Your App: Submit requests for new colors, logos, icon and name changes

Features

The Features section gives you access to specialized tools that enhance user experience and engagement.

Daily Content: Manage your daily content schedule to deliver fresh updates to your users.

Habit Tracker: Create and edit daily habits you want your users to track each day.

Achievements: Configure badges or milestones users can unlock.

Community Codes: Create access codes to give friends and family acccess.

AI: Manage AI-powered tools, including search and more.

Search Tags: Add and organize search tags to improve content discoverability within the app.

Integrations & Events: Connect with third-party tools and manage event integrations for live experiences.

Community

Use this section to stay connected with your users and manage your audience engagement.

Users: View and manage your subscriber list, search for individual users, and see their engagement history.

Push Notifications: Send and schedule push notifications to your users.

Community Comments: Review and reply to comments posted by users within your app’s community area.

Sales & Promotions

The Sales & Promotions section helps you plan and manage campaigns to increase your app revenue.

Web Paywall Pricing: Manage and update subscription pricing shown on your web paywall.

Add an Upsell: Offer premium content, bundles, or upgrades to existing users.

Schedule a Sale: Plan and run discounts, flash sales, or limited-time offers.

App Store Events: Create featured App Store events to drive traffic and awareness for your promotions.

Support

Find help, request features, and connect directly with our team.

Chat with Our Team: Message the Breakthrough Partner Support team directly for quick assistance.

Help Center: Access tutorials, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.

Request a Feature: Submit feedback or ideas for future platform improvements.

Account

The Account section allows you to manage your personal and billing information.

Settings: Update your Breakthrough account preferences.
