Introducing Exercise Logging in Routines
We are excited to release a new feature that helps users stay consistent and track their progress over time.
The Exercise Log allows users to record reps, weights, and personal notes for each exercise inside a routine. Their entries are saved and viewable later, giving them a clear picture of improvement and helping them build long term habits.
This feature is optional and can be turned on or off at any time.
Portal path: Setup & Customization > General > Exercise Log.
Tips to Encourage Use
Use it during programs or challenges
Invite users to track their progress as part of a strength, mobility, or endurance challenge.
Remind users inside class descriptions
A short note like “Log your reps after this routine” helps build the habit.
Celebrate progress in your Community
Encourage users to share wins or milestones to create motivation for others.
