Custom Content Widgets allow you to surface specific content directly on the Home Screen or Explore Screen—so users can discover and start content with fewer taps.
Instead of forcing users to navigate through categories and subcategories, you can now highlight exactly what you want them to see in a swipeable, visual format.

What this widget enables
With Custom Content Widgets, you can:
Showcase specific categories, subcategories, or collections
Control what content appears and where
Create a more intentional and curated experience
Help users find the right content faster
Where Custom Content Widgets appear
Custom Content Widgets can be added to:
Home Screen
Explore Screen
You can add up to 10 content widgets per screen (10 on Home, 10 on Explore).
Partner action (required)
To use Custom Content Widgets, you must add and configure them in the portal.
How to set up a Custom Content Widget
Go to Portal → Setup & Customization → Widget Manager
Choose the screen you want to edit:
Home Screen, or
Explore Screen
Click Add Content Widget
Select Custom Content Widget
Configure the widget settings (see below)
Save your changes
Widget configuration options
When setting up a Custom Content Widget, you can configure:
Content source
Choose one of the following:
Category
Collection
Category options
If you select Category, you can:
Show the entire category, or
Select a specific subcategory to showcase only that content
This is useful for highlighting a focused theme (e.g., “Morning Yoga” instead of all Yoga content).
Collection options
If you select Collection, the widget will display all content within that collection.
Content types
You can choose to display:
Classes
Courses
Programs
Widget title
Set a custom title such as:
“Start Here”
“Morning Practices”
“Stress Relief”
“Popular with Members”
Thumbnail size
Choose how content is displayed:
Large thumbnails for emphasis and visual impact
Small thumbnails for a more compact, editorial layout
This allows you to control visual hierarchy across your screens.
