How to Manage Your Payment & Subscription with Breakthrough

All subscription billing at Breakthrough Apps is processed through Stripe, our secure payment provider. Through the Stripe Customer Portal, you can manage your subscription details at any time β€” no need to contact support.

What You Can Do in the Customer Portal

From the Stripe Customer Portal, you can:

  • Update your payment method (credit card or billing details)

  • View and download past invoices and payment receipts

To view or manage your subscription, visit the Stripe Customer Portal using the link below:

Once you open the link, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Stripe will then send you a secure login code to access the portal.

To update your credit card or billing information, log in to the Customer Portal and select "Payment methods." From there, you can add a new card or remove an existing one.

To access your past invoices and payment receipts, log in to the Customer Portal and navigate to the billing history section. From there, you can view each transaction and download a copy of the receipt for your records.
