For all support inquiries related to your app or the Partner Portal, you can reach us through any of these channels:

When contacting us, please include as much of the following information as possible to help us resolve your request quickly:

  • A clear description of the issue, error, or question

  • The browser you’re using (if relevant)

  • Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried

  • Screenshots or screen recordings (if available)

Response Time: Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for a reply.

End-User Support

🚨 When an App User Contacts You

If an app user reaches out to you directly, please do not try to troubleshoot or resolve the issue yourself. Instead, direct them to our support team so we can handle it promptly and efficiently.

Here’s what you can tell them:

“For the fastest support, please email support@breakthroughapps.io or use the Support button inside the app. Our team will take it from there.”
