You can update your app's onboarding experience directly from the Portal. Go to Setup & Customization → App Settings → Onboarding.
Landing Page Configuration When launching the app for the first time, users will see:
App Intro Carousel: Add images to welcome users to your app. You can now add text overlays directly to these images. Users will press a "Get Started" button to proceed.
Intro Video: A great way to introduce your app! Film a short, portrait-mode video telling users about your main goal and what to expect. This plays automatically during the sign-up flow.
Onboarding Questions & Tagging: Create up to 5 questions to learn about your users' needs. This is where you attach Search Tags to each answer option. These tags act as the bridge between your onboarding flow and your media library. When a user selects an answer, the app uses those attached tags to automatically populate their personalized Recommended Content Widget.

Onboarding Simulator: Once your questions and tags are set, scroll down to the "Preview Surfaced Content" section. This built-in simulator lets you select different onboarding answers to preview exactly what content will be recommended to your users before you go live.
