User Properties
Each user will have the below user properties that you can use in tailoring your emails and setting up conditions to target specific users.
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Subscription Level (1 Month, 1 Year, 3 Month, 6 Month, Lifetime) - this is the duration level
Subscription Status (Trial, Active, Cancelled, Expired) - this is the latest status

Events
Events show up for specific user in real-time, as they are happening. You can use these events to create dashboards and also create triggers to send a email/push/in-app sequence. The events are grouped into the below types:
