This article will show you how to upload contacts into Clevertap.
Step 1: Go to CleverTap > Settings > CSV Upload
Step 2: Click Upload
Step 3: Select The List - In the CSV you must have these column, as CleverTap will only recognize this format.
Note: The identity should be the same as the e-mail address and make sure the “i” in identity is NOT in caps as it will give error when processing the file.
Step 4: Finish Mapping - When you are mapping the file after uploading the CSV. Map the E-mail column to Email and the identity column to identity.
