Live sessions help you connect with your community in real time. Whether it’s a class, meditation, or Q&A, you can now schedule and promote them directly in your app. The Live Session widget highlights upcoming events on your home screen and makes it easy for users to RSVP and join.

Scheduling a Live Session
In Partner Portal, go to Content > Live Session
Add session details (title, description, image, join link, participants, date, time, duration)
Toggle recurring if needed
Save and publish
NOTE: Sessions appear in the Live Session Widget on your app’s home screen. Be sure to enable this widget under App Settings > Enable Live Session Widget so users can see upcoming lives.
Live Streaming Usage and Billing
To keep things fair and transparent, live streaming time is measured in Effective Hours, which include both host and viewer time.

10 Effective Hours per month
Each hour includes up to 20 attendees free
Resets on the 1st of every month
How Effective Hours Work
Host minutes always count
First 20 viewers per hour are included
Extra viewers use more of the allowance, scaled fairly
Examples
1-hour live, 10–20 attendees = 1 Effective Hour
1-hour live, 40 attendees = ~1.7 Effective Hours
Overage Pricing
$5 per live hour (includes 20 attendees)
+$0.10 per attendee per hour beyond 20
Examples
1-hour live, 25 attendees → $5.50
1-hour live, 50 attendees → $8.00
1-hour live, 200 attendees → $23.00
Tracking Usage
Check your allowance in Partner Portal → Live > Analytics. You’ll see:
A progress bar for hours used (out of 10)
Session-by-session breakdowns
Any overage charges if applicable

Use wide images
Keep the left side light or blank for text overlays
Place subjects in the center or right
Avoid putting faces or key visuals on the far left
